The most common symptoms of asbestosis are:
- Progressive breathlessness
- Cough
- Fatigue
- Less common symptoms of asbestosis are:-
- Blood in the sputum
- Swelling in the neck or face
- Difficulty swallowing
- Loss of appetite
- Weight loss
- Finger clubbing – a rounded drumstick deformity of the fingertips can be caused by inadequate ventilation to the extremities.
- Hypertension
