We’re still counting up the pennies but we’re confident our Charity Golf Day will have raised nearly £2,000 to be split between the two amazing charities, Macmillan Cancer Support and Headway Wirral.

We owe a humongous ‘THANK YOU’ to Northop Golf Club, Alderstone Solicitors and all the businesses who entered a team and donated so generously last Thursday, September 17.

Thank you to Juiceworks Ltd, Missing Link Communications, DSS Liverpool, Red 032, BNI, Cost Chambers, JPF Systems, Vehicles 4 Business, Greensleeves Law Treatment, ProAxis Legal, Dallas McMillan Solicitors, Bryn Siriol Dental Practice, Paul Murray Insurance Solutions, Currie Business Services Ltd, Frodsham’s Ring O Bells Pub Golf Society  and Eddie Gilbertson from the South Wales Asbestos Support Group.

It was a fantastic day, on a beautiful course, and North Wales gave us perfect weather for all 18 holes.

Below are the winners (and losers…) and all the photographs from the great day!

Nearest the pin – 14th hole was Phil Heyworth (from Missing Link Communication).

Nearest the pin – 17th hole was Geoff Maher (from Frodsham’s Ring O Bells Pub).

Putting competition was won by Gordon Bell (from Dallas McMillan Solicitors)

Team prizes were 3rd place Missing Link Communications, 2nd place Pro-Axis Legal and Dallas McMillan Solicitors and the winners were the BNI team – well done lads!

Worst scoring team were Dave Cato and family but they won a group lessons with Matt Pritchard, the Golf Professional from Northop Golf Club, which was donated by Matt and Tony Godden, President and General Manager of the Golf Club.
