The National Asbestos Helpline have established a national register for people diagnosed with pleural plaques after being exposed to asbestos in England and Wales.
Victims of this asbestos-related disease who have been exposed to asbestos in Scotland or Northern Ireland may still be able to make a compensation claim for pleural plaques – get in touch with us today for more information.
Why should I join the register?
Joining the National Asbestos Pleural Plaques Register provides us with the means to give you the latest news and information about pleural plaques and other asbestos-related diseases, as well as updates to our services.
As a member of the register, you will have access to an extensive range of of support and services offered through our charitable partners, as well as receive the National Asbestos Helpline Newsletter several times a year.
What will happen when I join?
When you join the register we will help to establish your diagnosed disease, your employment history and your exposure to asbestos dust and fibres.
With this information, we will be able to act quickly and efficiently on your behalf, should your condition change.
No obligation
By registering with the National Asbestos Helpline, victims of pleural plaques in England and Wales will be kept fully updated and should legislation for compensation for pleural plaques change, you will be the first to know.
Your registration is not an instruction for us to start a claim on your behalf, and all of your information will be kept safely and securely.
