At the National Asbestos Helpline we have established a national register for pleural plaques sufferers exposed in England and Wales. Sufferers exposed in Scotland and Ireland fall outside of the UK law jurisdiction although you are still welcome to join the register for health care information.
Victims of asbestos exposure in Scotland who suffer from pleural plaques can claim compensation for pleural plaques in the Scottish courts, for more information visit Pleural Plaques claims Scotland
Why join the register?
Joining the National Asbestos Pleural Plaques Register enables us to provide you with updates to our services as well as the latest news and information. As a member of the register you will also have access to an extensive range of support services offered through our charitable partners.
What will happen after I join?
After joining the register we will help to establish your diagnosed condition, your employment history and your exposure to asbestos. With this information we will be able to act quickly on your behalf should your condition change.
No obligation
By registering with us, Pleural plaques sufferers exposed in England and Wales can be kept fully updated. Your registration is not an instruction for us to start a claim on your behalf.
